Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (WBWCD), Owner of the Work, located at 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah 84040 will accept Statements of Qualification from contractors interested in bidding on the AV Watkins Siphon Replacement Project – Phase 2 – Direct Outlet Pipeline (Project). Bids will only be accepted by those General Contractors that are pre-qualified by the Owner. No other General Contractors will be eligible to bid on this Project.
