Tools Available on the Portal

The customer portal has great water management tools available to help you:

  • See your total allocation for your parcel
  • See your total consumption; hourly, daily, monthly or annual
  • Set up leak alerts
  • Set up consumption alerts
  • See how your consumption compares to what you need for your irrigated area

The graphs, charts, and alert tools will help you understand your water use, spot unusual activity early, avoid waste, eliminate potential early shutoff, and manage your water better

How To Set Alerts

When logged into your portal account, navigate to the alerts or notifications tab. From here, you can choose how to receive alert notifications (email or text) and set alerts for high usage, leaks, and consumption as a percent of allocation.

How Much Water Do I Have for My Lot?

Your total volume is called an allocation. This total can be viewed directly on your portal dashboard. Monitor your consumption regularly to ensure that you stay with your allocation.

How to Manage Communication Settings

When logged into your portal, you can go into settings and change communication preferences (text or email). You can also update your contact information, helping the District to be able to communicate with you if needed.

How do I know if I Have a Leak?

While logged into the portal, as you look at consumption you can identify a leak or stuck valve if you see continuous water flow when your irrigation system should be off. Using the hourly data chart helps you know when water is moving through the meter compared to your irrigation schedule. We encourage you to check your system regularly for leaks or other potential problems.
