Description
Lawn is the highest water using plant material in residential landscapes in our region. In this class, we will focus on how to have a healthy lawn, but also a water-efficient lawn. Most people overwater lawn and don't realize that overwatering can create conditions for many other problems. We will also talk about some of things to look for when you think you have a problem and how to deal with it. Don't miss this chance to learn how to keep it all healthy all year long. This class will be taught by Dr. Kelly Kopp. She is a Professor and extension specialist with Utah State University. Her specialty is Turfgrass. You won't want to miss this class if you want to know about lawn in our climate and how to keep it healthy while using water efficiently.
